Account Manager

Job Description
The account manager will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:  Identifying potential customers, building relationships,  developing and delivering proposals, and successfully closing new accounts. Post sale account management will be required to ensure repeat purchases and customer satisfaction.  This position requires the ability to build strong personal relationships while articulating the Tenvera value proposition.  Each account manager will operate within a defined geography while developing and managing a distribution channel with multiple segments and virtually unlimited target customers.  A mature territory will have annual revenues between $5,000,000-$10,000,000.

Experience
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of sales success, experience in developing customers and revenue streams in either the fiber optics, broadband networking, RF over fiber, home automation, or structured wiring markets.  A track record in developing Greenfield markets is a plus. The key to success in this position is the ability to build strong customer relationships while articulating a technology solution in simple and understandable terms. 

Compensation
This position is largely variable in its structure with no pre determined caps.  The account manager will determine earnings through direct revenue generation. Compensation commensurate to experience.
